What are the types of EDDMapS records?

EDDMapS records have a status field which allows multiple types of records to exist in the database and be queried on and displayed on maps.

There are four types of EDDMapS records:

  1. Positive - The species was found at the location.

  2. Treated - The species was found at the location and a management activity was conducted.

  3. Eradicated - The species existed at this location, but no longer does.
